The Lumiera puts chandelier light where there is no ceiling rose to hang one from. Seven candelabra heads sit at the top of a gold pole, each carrying its own small flame shaped bulb, so the light comes from seven points instead of one. That is what gives a chandelier its particular sparkle, and it is why this lamp fills a corner in a way a single shaded lamp never does.
Clear crystal does the rest of the work. The drops catch light from the bulbs above them and scatter it across the ceiling and walls, which turns a static corner into something that moves slightly as you walk past. Because the heads point up, the ceiling becomes a second reflector and the room gets brighter overall without any direct glare at eye level.
Underneath the ornament is ordinary practicality. The pole is metal, the crystals are held in place rather than dangled loose, and the 27.5 inch spread keeps the whole assembly balanced over its footprint. A rocker switch handles power, and the E12 sockets take standard candelabra bulbs you can buy anywhere.
